President Joe Biden signed a law to give a lot of money to help countries like Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. The law also says that the app TikTok might have to be sold or banned in the US. This law was passed after a long time of arguing with other politicians. Biden said we need to act quickly to help these countries. Even though Ukraine will get some new weapons and money, it will still be hard for them to recover from the damage caused by Russia. The first part of the money for Ukraine will be sent very soon.
